General Conditions of Contract
of Private Tour Switzerland

 

1. Reservations and Payments

 

1.1. All reservations must be made in advance and confirmed in writing or electronically.

 

1.2. An advance payment of 30 % of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified in the offer.

 

1.3. The remaining balance must be settled 30 days before the start of the trip. If this is not the case, the reservation is no longer guaranteed.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

 

2.1. Any cancellation of a reservation must be notified in writing to our agency.

 

2.2. In case of cancellation by the client 7 days or more before departure, a refund of 100 % of the advance payment will be made.

 

2.3. In case of cancellation between 6 and 4 days before departure, a refund of 50 % of the advance payment will be made.

2.4. In case of cancellation 3 days or less before departure, no refund will be granted.

2.5. In case of cancellation by our agency, a full refund will be issued or an alternative trip will be offered.

 

3. Changes and Cancellations of the Trip

 

3.1. Our agency reserves the right to modify the itinerary or services of the trip for unforeseen reasons or reasons beyond our control.

 

3.2. In the event that the trip needs to be canceled by our agency due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather conditions or logistical issues), a full refund will be issued.

 

4. Liability

 

4.1. Our agency cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, losses, or damages occurring during the trip, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.

 

4.2. Travel insurance (cancellation, health, baggage, etc.) is recommended and can be arranged through a third-party insurer.

 

5. Personal Information

 

5.1. Personal information provided by the client will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy and will only be used for the purpose of booking and organizing the trip.

 

By accepting these general terms and conditions, the client acknowledges having read and understood the terms and conditions outlined above.

Governing law : This contract will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Swiss Confederation and applicable cantonal legislation and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Swiss courts.

 

Conflict between different translations : This contract shall be executed in English and, in the event of any conflict between the English version and any other translation of this contract into a language other than English, the English version will prevail.
